Under the sea… with Tim Holtz

So, here are 4 cards I made using the adorable stamp set Nautical Blueprint by Tim Holtz. I really like the blueprint series a lot. It gives a project certain flair and I find the images quite adorable.

For each of the cards I used Neenah Dessert Storm as a card base and stamped the image directly on the card front.

I stamped the same image again on white cardstock and colored in the solid image with Tim Holtz distress inks. I then cut out the image and put it on the card front using foam adhesive for some dimension.

For the sentiment I wanted a bold greeting that would bring a great contrast to the image. I choose “make a wish” from the Avery Elle set Cakes & Candles which I heat embossed in white.

As a last step I covered the images with my Wink of Stella Glitter Brush Pen. Because really, who can resist a bit of glitter!
